We service the following counties: Hall, White, Banks, Habersham, Gwinnett, Dawson, Forsyth, Barrow, Lumpkin, and Fannin counties .
All employees and caregivers are certified in CPR and first aid.
Companion: light housekeeping, transportation, meal preparation, errands, socialization
Home health aide/Certified Nursing Assistance: hands on care, assist with showers, mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming/shaving, toileting, feeding, vital signs and medication reminders.
Nursing Care: Medication Management, Case Management, patient advocate between Physicians, fasting blood draws, simple glucose testing, urine samples etc
